he Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, hosted the GET READY FOR EUROPE 0.2: Education conference at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. The event brought together educators, policymakers, and practitioners to discuss strategies for aligning Ukrainian education with European Union standards and supporting integration into European societies.
The conference focused on the critical role of education in equipping Ukrainians with the knowledge and skills needed to navigate EU regulations, social systems, and cultural norms. By fostering professional development, cross-cultural understanding, and civic engagement, education serves as a bridge for successful integration and participation in European society.
A highlight of the event was the presentation of the Alternative University for Ukrainians, an innovative educational initiative offering flexible, student-centered learning opportunities. The program aims to help Ukrainians develop professional skills, access training aligned with EU standards, and contribute to Ukraine’s economic and cultural reconstruction.
